How do I return an item?
If there is a problem with something that you order from us we are happy to have you return it under the following limits: *We have to receive word from you within 48 hours of your receiving the package. *You have to have a return authorization number that we will give to you when you call to report a problem. *The item must be unused, tags attached and in it's original packaging. *Shipping costs are not refundable and if you received free shipping the cost to get it to you will be deducted from the refund price. *A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
